Enhanced indexing and more

We've been hard at work making Razuna even better over the past few weeks. Check out some awesome updates we've added that you'll love!

With the latest update, you can attach a personalized note to each individual file. This feature lets you provide detailed information or context for every file, making organizing and referencing your documents more accessible.

We used to have the option to extract text from an image, but it had to be done manually. We have updated it so the system automatically attempts to extract text from an image during the upload. This feature is linked to auto-tagging, meaning that if you turn off auto-tagging on upload, text extraction from the image will also be disabled.

We have now added the option to index various text files, including .txt, .csv, .json, and others. These files will be automatically indexed. Additionally, we will create a thumbnail from your text.

We have significantly enhanced the patch options within the search results in response to the new indexing formats. Now, you can efficiently label and move all results at once.
